记得有一首诗是这样写的。看，就在那愁闷的地方，我看到一位女士手持油灯，穿行在暗淡的光中，轻盈地从一间房屋走进另一间房屋。像是在幸福的梦境之中，无言的受伤士兵慢慢地转过头去，亲吻着落在暗壁上的她的身影，那盏小小的油灯，射出了划时代的光芒。这是美国著名诗人朗罗为赞讼南丁格尔伟大功绩而写的一首诗，他称赞南丁格尔为女界的英雄。而在我的眼里，她是一位伟大的女性，具有一颗慈爱的心。
深为一名医护人员，我深知自己工作的重要性，也深知自己在病患心目中占有的重要地位，我知道广大的病患人员需要我们，需要我们的呵护与帮助，需要我们的关心与爱护，需要我们的细致入的体贴，就像家人一样的体贴照顾，所以，我告诉自己，要像南丁格尔女士学习，具有一颗对病患人员充满慈爱的心灵，做到以人为本，细节服务，把护理工作做到最好，最强，让广大的病患人员满意放心。
护士被称为“白衣天使”，她们身穿白色的工作服，从事救死扶伤的神圣事业，纯洁、善良、富有爱心;被人比喻为是奉上帝的差遣到人间来治病救人的天使。我为自己是白衣天使中的一员而感到自豪，记得当洁白的燕尾帽戴上了头顶，当别人赞你是白衣天使，真的，那一刻我有说不出的激动，小时候就特别喜欢燕子，总喜欢抬头燕子轻盈的飞翔，燕子还有一个习性挺恋家恋旧，从到你家安营之后，每年春天它都会回来!小时候很喜欢看燕子给小燕子喂食，燕子很少偏心于哪只，它总是不停的去寻找食物，用爱心来满足儿女们的需要!快下雨的前夕，燕子会不停的在空中盘旋飞舞，很空灵的一种生物，有时我总想我们的护士是否就像燕子，每天不停的在病房中穿梭盘旋，医院是我们恋着的那个大的家，而那些精神和肉体受伤的灵魂需要的是我们对子女一样的关爱，我们只有对他们一视同仁，用无私的爱来温暖他们受创的心灵，用爱心一遍遍书写着青春!
在平时的工作中，我谨记“以人为本”，“以病人为中心”的工作理念，就像南丁格尔女士做的一样，要时刻满足病人的心理需求，我明白，一名护士如果不能以病人的实际需求出发，那就不能达到好的效果。在日常的工作中，经常会有这样情况，护士在通知病人第二天有特殊检查时，往往忽略了老年病人的特点，病房入住的病人6岁以上占8%左右，老年病人的特点是记忆力差，听视力减弱，反应迟钝，很容易忘记护士的通知未禁食水，同时由于未记住重要的检查事项很容易导致老年病人自卑甚至自责，给病人造成很重的心理负担。所以，我在平时的护理工作中，实现以人为本，细节服务，引领创新照护的工作方式，比如，在检查工作中，我在床头桌上增了一个带有检查内容和时间的提示卡，那么这样就能彻底消除患者漏检的现象，同时我还在服务中注意现代病人的心理活动特点，将年龄—职务—职业的称谓选择改为职业—职务—年龄新式选择，这样就满足了病人的心理，而这个小小的举动受到了意想不到的效果。我从患者的角度出发，使工作贴近患者。要知道细节服务不在事情的大小，而在于是否到位，到位的细节服务才是赢得患者的砝码。
闻着医院特有的气味，我们走过了少女时代;今天，擦拭病人血染的伤口，我们步入了青春年华。青春是美丽的，可又是短暂的，但是即使当我们红嫩的脸颊逐渐被夜班的劳累所吞没，我们细滑的双手被繁杂的工作所侵蚀，我们也绝不会后悔，因为我们都有天使的那三颗美丽的心，我们会用执著的、真诚的笑谱写青春之歌，我们要护士的形象变得美丽。让病人的心中充满着阳光把，请记住我们的青春永远在为他们守侯!
